Your Appointment
Thank you for booking online. When you arrive for your appointment, please be sure to check in at the reception desk. The receptionist will then notify your stylist that you have arrived and are ready for your scheduled services.
1st Appointment Policy
You will be asked to keep a card on file after your first scheduled appointment. This is to help ensure timely payment for all services delivered. You may also be asked to sign a waiver form for any color and other chemical services.
No Show Policy
If you do not notify us within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will charged a portion of your scheduled service charge. Our stylists work on commmision and their time is valuable to their livelihood. Please call ahead if you are not able to make your scheduled appointment
Fix It Policy
We reserve the right to 'fix' any service that you are not fully satified with. An 'in salon' solution will be discussed and a plan made to help resolve the situation. This will not result in a refund unless we are not able to offer the 'fix' first and given the opportunity to rectify the grievance.
